@ACTION (command)[;(command);(cmd);...;(tag)] [= (object)]
Creates a command and optionally attaches it to an item, copy object,
room, group or if sufficient privs exist, another player.
If (OBJECT) is unspecified, the action will float in limbo until used.
Use @ATTACH and @DETACH to imbed an actoin or remove an actoin from
objects. An action can be @attached to many objects, and an object
can have many actions @attached to it.
EXIT NAMING CONVENTIONS:
@ACTION (verb) the (object);(verb) (object) = (object)
@ACTION Wind the pocketwatch;wind pocketwatch = pocketwatch
Be SPECIFIC with your object names in your actions, avoid creating
actions that may already exist; ambiguity will cause problems later.
