@SET (room) = ABODE

If a room is @set ABODE, any player can declare that room to be the
HOME of either themselves or something they own by typing:
@LINK ( ME | (thing) ) = (room)

Players can teleport from rooms they control into rooms set ABODE.

ABODE only permits players or objects to be linked there.
Exits and Drop-Tos require a room to be LINK_OK.
