Bot - Prevents robots from passing through the exit.
Dark - Makes the exit unseeable.
Hushed - won't pass YELLS or noise in WINDY rooms.
Lookable - Allows players to look through the exit to the room beyond.
Quell - Kryptonites the object. (Prevents wizardly meddling)
Sticky - Turns exit into a group that remembers those who used it.
Tattle - Notifies owner that exit was used, (only if sticky though)
Unwanted - Throws the exit up for grabs.
