Help ( (topic) | (command) )

UPPERCASE -- denotes the command's smallest acceptable abbreviation.
lowercase -- indicates command's optional full form.
"Help", for example, means "H" is required, "elp" is optional.

( ) -- indicates you are to replace the enclosed and
specifies what kinds of replacements are acceptable.

[ ] -- indicates that the enclosed is optional.

( | | | ) -- indicates that ONE of the enclosed MUST be selected.

(object) - can be a Room, Player, Thing, Exit or Group.
#nnnn -- is to be replaced with an (object)'s number, (ie: #5903 )

(Things) are a subset of (objects). Rooms, Players, Exits and
Groups are NOT (things); they are all (objects)!
