page
Page (player) [(player) (player)...] [=(message)].
Without a message, this tells (player) where you are, and that you're
looking for them in the form:
'You sense (player) is looking for you in (place).'
With a (message) it appears to them as: '(pager) pages: (message).'
and your location is not revealed.
Pages using multiple names will appear as (pager) multi-pages: (message)
Pages written in the form of: page (player) =:(action) will appear
to the recipient in 'emote' syntax.
Pages can be refused in a multitude of ways, with the HAVEN flag,
by locking your page lock, and by entering a NoPages room.
If the player you're sending a page to is unable to page you back,
you won't be allowed to send the page.
