ROB (player) = (object)

Attempts to steal (object) from (player).
If the (object) will let you pick it up,
you can remove it from the other player's inventory.

Robbing for crowns is no longer supported. It was
a foolish feature in the first place.

@succ/@fail messages on Players are now triggered with
the PAGE command, making them much more than they
were previously for the seldom-used "rob" command.
