Sticky (things) go HOME when dropped.
Sticky (copy-objects) stick to their carriers, even after going HOME.
Sticky (rooms) cause DROP-TOs to wait for the last player to leave.
Sticky (exits) stick to the players that use them in the same way
that a group would. A lock that refers to a Sticky Exit is checking
to see if the player has used the Sticky Exit.
Examining a sticky exit shows the players who've used it.
Sticky exit "membership" is lost when the player goes home.
@effects can be added to sticky exits to remove a player from
"membership" in that exit.
Sticky means SHORTFLAGS on (players).
