whisper

WHisper (player) [(player) (player)...] =(message)

Whispers the message to the named person or people, if they are in
the same room. No one else can see the message. Multi-whispers are
NOT designated as such. Wizards can whisper *(player)=(message)
to whisper to players in other rooms. Page-locks to not block
against wizard-whispering.
